TERMS: The exhibits at this Volunteer Fair offers organizations a platform to provide your information directly to our community. It’s a responsibility we value and take seriously. Information has to be accurate in your exhibit in a way that is both compelling and 100% credible. This event is non-partisan. Presenters must ensure that their content is not politically biased and that your exhibit content will remain in keeping with the integrity and spirit of this volunteer event. One table per exhibit will be provided. Do you need HYDRO? NOTE: There are a limited number of spaces that offer hydro. First-come-First-serve. * Yes No Do you need a receipt? If yes, a receipt will be sent the the email address you provide on this order. * Yes No This registration form will be sent to the Michael McKenzie, President of the Rotary Club of the Sunshine Coast, and Coordinator of the Volunteer Fair. He will be in touch with you via email, or phone, to make a payment arrangement. The price of one exhibit space for the day is $25. For two, the price is $40 and for three, the price is $55. By registering, you will have access to a 10' x 10' square exhibit site in the auditorium on a first-come-first serve basis. When the auditorium is filled, spots will be assigned in the cafeteria or the crafts room. A table and table cloth will be provided each exhibit you purchase if needed.
